In this outrageous, sharply satirical black comedy, misguided Dr. Cohen (Deep Space Nine's Rene Auberjonois) attempts a radical new cure for dementia by encouraging deranged patient Michael (Braveheart's Angus MacFadyen) to pretend he's Adolf Hitler!
